A music industry and social sector professional, Matt served two terms as a City Year AmeriCorps member, receiving the Governor’s Spirit of New Hampshire Award for National Service and co-leading the development of Concert Corps, a Bill & Hillary Clinton National Service Innovation Award-winning initiative designed to leverage the power of the live music community to create hands-on service impact. He went on to join the founding teams of ServeNext and Calling All Crows, leading grassroots volunteer engagement for both organizations. Matt serves as tour manager/lighting director for the band Dispatch and will receive his Master’s in Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire in September 2017. He and his wife, Jody, live in Manchester with their two children.

Anna Caron
Start-Up Coordinator

Anna returned to her hometown of Manchester three years ago to pursue her passions she developed through youth mentoring: education and service. After graduating from Colby College, she served as an AmeriCorps member through City Year New Hampshire at McDonough Elementary School and then as an AmeriCorps VISTA in nonprofit development at CYNH. While she focuses on leadership and civic-mindedness in education and is working towards her Master of Education at UNH, Anna is thrilled to be dedicating the skills she gained from her service years to build capacity for Old Sol.

Cal Inguanti
Community Impact Coordinator

A newcomer to Manchester, Cal moved up to New Hampshire from Boston, after serving for one term as an AmeriCorps member with City Year. Originally from Connecticut, he pursued a dual BA in Economics and Anthropology at UConn. Cal holds an active presence in the local and regional music scene as lead guitarist, songwriter, and manager of the Connecticut based band, “The Berkshires”. He strives to combine his passions for music and service to help make positive social impact. Cal is eager to contribute to the founding Concert Corps team at Old Sol through the means of community engagement.
